Hot coffee increases the risk of cancer
Coffee> 65 degree centigrade |
There are many people whose day starts with a hot bed coffee. The energy that an exotic dip of coffee provides is second to none. But, here comes the bad news for all those coffee lovers. Drinking hot coffee raises one's risk of getting esophageal cancer according to International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). The organization conducted research on a sample of 1000 people studying the reports on the contribution of hot drinks to various types of cancers. After analyzing the reports, it has released a new summary.
The report states that drinking coffee
that is hotter than 65 degree centigrade is causing some cancers among people.
It also stated that other fluids at the same temperatures may also cause
similar problems, according to the analyst Dana Lumis. She reminded at the same
time that coffee has certain good antioxidant that reduces the risk of some
other cancers.

Of course any hot drink above temp of 65°c will cause esophagus cancer not necessarily coffee.
